Job summary

Radiant Credit Union in Florida is seeking a proactive Member Experience Advisor (MEA). This role will spend time with members face-to-face and over the phone, delivering high-quality service while educating on products and services to improve members' financial wellbeing.

You’ll engage proactively, support both member and business relationships, and work with leadership to identify issues and expand opportunities. Benefits include PTO, holidays, EAP, gym and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to educate, coach, and support members on financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and educate members, resolve issues, and build loyalty.
• Interact with members to expand and retain consumer and business relationships.
• Develop member financial solutions and apply need-based sales techniques.
• Partner with team and leadership to identify root causes and create solutions.
• Deliver strong sales performance while upholding integrity and honesty.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
