Job summary

Radiant Credit Union in Gainesville, FL is seeking a motivated Member Experience Advisor to deliver exceptional service to members face-to-face and over the phone. You will educate, coach, and support members while meeting sales, service, and operational expectations.

As the credit union's face, you will build relationships, drive financial wellness solutions, and uphold our values of integrity and honesty. A HS diploma and 1–3 years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and educate current and prospective members. Resolve issues and solicit feedback to improve performance.
• Interact with members to establish, expand, and retain consumer and business relationships.
• Develop member financial solutions and apply need-based sales techniques to achieve goals.
• Partner with team and leadership to identify root causes and create solutions.
• Deliver strong sales performance while upholding integrity and honesty; act in members' best interest.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and organizational policies in all activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
