Job summary

YouFit is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Miami to lead daily gym operations, drive membership growth, and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will mentor the front desk team, manage sales initiatives, and support recruitment, training, and compliance to maintain YouFit’s standards.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months in a management role within fitness or service settings, strong English proficiency, and the ability to work Sunday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a management or leadership role within fitness, hospitality, sales, or customer service.
• Experience in customer service, operations, or sales management.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to uphold service standards and drive member experience.
• Train and develop team members to hit sales, service, and operational goals.
• Support membership sales and personal training growth through effective sales strategies.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Oversee daily gym operations and act as primary leader when GM is unavailable.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and address issues via work orders.
• Monitor cash handling and deposits; track financials.
• Use CRM systems to maintain member engagement and retention; track KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures; document records.
