Credit Union of Colorado is seeking a Member Advocate to deliver exceptional service by applying in-depth product knowledge. You will assist with deposits, loans, digital banking, and related services to ensure accurate transactions and a positive member experience.

This on-site role emphasizes compliance, accuracy, and a friendly, trust-building approach aligned with our core values. A bonus program and comprehensive benefits accompany the hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly and connect with members.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and the public.
• Apply interpersonal skills to develop member confidence and trust.
• Operate related computer applications and business equipment.
• Exercise good judgment in following credit union policies and procedures.
• Perform basic math and data entry with accuracy.
• Demonstrate ability to inspire trust and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with members and identify their financial service needs.
• Open/maintain deposit accounts and assist with loans and digital banking enrollment.
• Help members with routine transactions and service requests.
• Cross-sell products to enhance the member experience.
• Support branch operations, including end-of-day procedures and recordkeeping.
• Educate members on digital tools and ensure accuracy of information.
