Competenze

• One year of customer service and/or cash handling experience in a retail or banking environment.

• Knowledge of member services and credit union products is desirable.

Mansioni

• Process requests to close business membership accounts and manage related transactions.
• Open/close IRAs, trust accounts, and other shares; perform account transactions.
• Assist with onboarding of new members and promote credit union products to strengthen member relationships.
• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, in person, and digital channels with timely, accurate information.
• Resolve complex member issues and errors; perform quality control of branch documents for compliance.
