Job summary

Magnifi Financial seeks a branch teller to serve members in person, by phone, and through digital channels. You will educate, recommend, and sell banking products, and handle routine transactions while promoting digital banking adoption.

Responsibilities include cash handling, ATM operations, and delivering a positive member experience. You will support community relations and branch goals within Minnesota.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or currently pursuing one required; two-year degree preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Notary Public designation in this position is optional.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with routine transactions.
• Provide resolutions to member requests with expertise for a remarkable experience.
• Consult with members to identify and recommend Magnifi Financial products and services; refer to appropriate departments.
• Maintain cash drawer, cash recycler and ATM day-to-day operations.
