Broadview Federal Credit Union seeks a Relationship Banker to join our Western NY team. You will engage with members, review financial profiles, and propose solutions to meet their needs. The role supports branches across the Western NY Region and emphasizes exceptional service and accuracy.

You will build relationships, promote channels, and participate in ongoing coaching and training to elevate performance while meeting branch goals and corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Notary Public License required within 6 months of training completion.
• Signature Guarantee permissions required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for members and enhance their experience with solutions to meet financial goals.
• Attract new retail and business members and deepen relationships with existing members.
• Ensure exceptional member service with accuracy and operations excellence.
• Grow a profitable book of business in support of team and corporate goals.
• Build relationships through community involvement and referrals.
• Promote service channels through education and demonstrations.
• Participate in coaching, mentoring, and training to improve performance.
• Detect and report fraud or irregular activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Achieve management-provided goals.
