Job summary

Excel Fitness in Dallas, TX is seeking part-time Team Players to support daily club operations and member services. You will assist with shift scheduling, maintain cleanliness, monitor the Planet Fitness app usage, and balance cash drawers daily.

The role requires CPR/AED certification, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. You will engage with members, promote memberships, and help ensure safety and policy compliance across the club.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR Certification and AED Certification are required before working alone.

Responsibilities

• Submit a Sub Availability Form upon hire and update it at least seven days in advance if availability changes.
• Reply within 24 hours to accept or deny a work shift offered.
• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere; monitor and update Planet Fitness mobile app usage.
• Input and update member information into tablets and POS; balance cash drawers daily.
• Assist with membership promotions, trainings, and operational strategies.
• Ensure club complies with state and federal laws and safety requirements.
