Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, seeks a Customer Service Representative for weekend hours. This part-time role offers 16 hours per week with Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm shifts and 6:45am-2:45pm occasionally.

Starting pay is $12 per hour with increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary date. We value self-starters who deliver results, provide exceptional member experiences, and contribute to a judgement-free fitness environment

Qualifications

• Part-time role with 16 hours weekly.
• Weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday (9am–5pm).
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
