Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Mocksville, NC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior guest experience at our gym. You will answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities while using our information script and POS system.

The role offers part-time scheduling with shifts including mid, closing, and weekend hours, plus progressive pay increases after milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Comfort with handling member questions and concerns using a script.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and newcomers.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
