Job summary

OceanAir Federal Credit Union in Ventura is seeking a friendly Member Experience Representative I (MERI) to welcome members and guide them through basic financial journeys. You’ll assist with deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, answering questions, and recommending products to fit members’ needs. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training.

You will work with a team in a fast-paced, community-focused environment and acquire skills to grow within the credit union.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or cash handling is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use online banking tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Answer member questions and resolve issues.
• Recommend products and services to help members.
• Handle cash and support vault security.
