• Promptly answer calls with courtesy and efficiency.
• Assist members with general credit union information, hours, and locations.
• Process new account requests via the Internet and notify applicants of status.
• Perform account servicing functions like transfers and cash advances.
• Educate members on electronic services (PCAcess, SmartPay, POP Money, Finance Works, Mobile Banking, eStatements).
• Refer members to Loan Sales Team for consumer lending and Mortgage Department for real estate lending.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
