Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service while at the front desk.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, assist callers, check members into the system, sign up new members, calculate rates and monthly payments, assist Club Manager with cash drawer.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions or concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club; perform daily tasks within the first hour of shift and complete priority cleaning lists.
