National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative for Planet Fitness locations. You will greet members, answer calls, sign up new members, and log amenities to provide a Judgement Free experience.

The role emphasizes friendly service, basic computer skills, and the ability to work 18+ and lift up to light items. We offer competitive pay, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
