Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analyzing and creating user stories capturing member and stakeholder needs.
• Analyze internal and external insights and marketplace trends to create member value.
• Research member experiences to identify needs of NFCU customers and product users.
• Conduct advanced market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities in the financial landscape.
• Collaborate with partners across the credit union and product teams to align on vision.
• Support usability studies and user research integration into product requirements.
• Provide data-driven analysis to substantiate hypotheses and influence prioritization.
