National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Lancaster, PA. The role starts at $11 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary dates.

This position supports a large Planet Fitness franchise serving over a million members nationwide. We offer growth opportunities, competitive pay, shift-differential pay for select shifts, PTO, Employee Assistance Program and a Free employee Black Card Membership.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
