Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.

• Assist with member inquiries, account updates, and membership sign-ups.
• Minimizes fraud by thorough examination of documentation.
• Assists with mail, night drop, and phone transactions.
• Alerts loan officers to loan payoffs.
• Handle cash management and cashiering duties.
• Utilize 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry.
• Perform basic retail math calculations.
