Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or credit union environment is preferred.
• Strong cash handling and member service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary member service by engaging with members and applying service standards.
• Accurately process transactions including cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, and inquiries.
• Proactively identify referrals and guidance on products and services to meet members' needs.
• Follow policies, procedures and controls to manage risk and protect members.
