Job summary

You will proactively suggest appropriate products and services to help members meet their financial goals and understand WEOKIE’s mission and offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail or member service experience preferred, including cash handling.
• Ability to learn and apply multiple software applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of cash and inquiry transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional member service, guiding members to appropriate products and services.
• Maintain policies and controls, including security and fraud prevention.
• Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-day procedures.
• Support branch operations and cover other centers as needed.
