You will guide members through initial claim steps, document details meticulously, and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth claim progression. Training is provided, with a clear path for growth within TEKsystems.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact when members report a claim.
• Guide members through the initial stages of the claims process.
• Gather detailed information and document claims accurately.
• Provide reassurance and support during stressful situations.
• Assist with claim setup, coverage application, reserve establishment, and claim progression.
• Coordinate follow-up activities related to auto glass and towing claims.
• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level service experience on every interaction.
• Navigate multiple systems and applications while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with teammates and leadership to ensure positive member outcomes.
