Job summary

Avadian Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Advocate - Universal at the Calera Branch. This full-time role focuses on delivering a personalized member experience, performing transactions, opening accounts, and offering financial solutions from Avadian’s full product range.

You will support branch goals, maintain product knowledge, and build member relationships while adhering to policies and procedures. Flexibility for Saturdays and travel is required.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail banking experience.
• Sales quota experience or sales management experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Must be comfortable providing needs-based solutions to members.
• Willingness to travel between locations; Saturday hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a full-service liaison between members and the Credit Union.
• Provide needs-based solutions and recommend financial products and services.
• Process transactions and open accounts; originate loans.
• Maintain knowledge of Avadian products, CRM, and policies.
• Balance vault, CDM, and ITC; rotate branch duties.
• Fill in at other branches as needed.
