Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent comprehension skills.
• Attendance and punctuality must meet policy.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound calls in a contact center.
• Maintain detailed records of dealer and member communications.
• Explain Auto Programs, Promotions, and Special Offers to members.
• May conduct trainings to dealers on promotions.
• Participate in post-purchase promotions surveys.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Support other duties as assigned.
