Job summary

Credit Union of Colorado is seeking a Member Advocate to deliver outstanding member service and expert guidance on products and services. You will open and service accounts, educate members on solutions, and ensure accurate processing across deposit accounts, consumer loans, mortgage loans, and self-service options.

The role requires building trust with members, maintaining knowledge of programs, and complying with all regulatory requirements, while supporting a culture of exceptional service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months related experience in a financial retail environment preferred.
• Two to three years of direct retail sales experience and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally clearly and effectively and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with members and uncover needs to tailor solutions.
• Open new member accounts and service existing accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union programs and provide accurate service.
• Provide deposit, loan, and money management services to members.
• Collaborate across branches to deliver the best member solutions.
