Qualifications

• GED required or high school diploma; six months related experience in financial retail preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to open new accounts, service existing accounts, and educate members.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with members, uncover needs, and recommend solutions.
• Open new member accounts and service existing accounts.
• Provide deposit, consumer and mortgage loan services and money management assistance.
• Collaborate with branches and support departments to deliver the best solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union programs and ensure accuracy in member interactions.
