The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and have at least one year of experience in customer service. The pay ranges from $22.79 to $25.07 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center preferred.
• Experience in a financial retail environment is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service by understanding products.
• Troubleshoot remote services including digital banking.
• Educate members on service options available.
