Job summary

Credit Union of Colorado is seeking a Member Advocate to deliver exceptional member service across deposits, loans, and self-service products. You will open new accounts, service existing ones, and tailor solutions while protecting member information.

You will work across branches, adapt to roles from teller to mortgage loan support, and stay current on credit union programs. Strong communication and problems solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; six months in a financial retail environment preferred.
• Two to three years of direct retail sales experience and cash handling preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills in a work setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Open new member accounts and service existing accounts; tailor solutions for member needs.
• Provide deposit, consumer and mortgage loan services and money management guidance.
• Collaborate across branches to ensure best solutions for members and maintain security of member information.
• Maintain proficiency across delivery channels including in-person, phone, email, and video communication.
