Job summary

Credit Union of Colorado is seeking a Member Advocate to deliver outstanding service and trusted financial guidance to our members across deposit accounts, consumer loans, mortgage loans, and self-service products. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months related experience in a financial retail environment preferred.
• Two to three years of direct retail sales experience and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Open new member accounts and service existing accounts.
• Provide deposit, consumer and mortgage loan services.
• Educate members about products and services and offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of all credit union programs and policies.
• Collaborate across branches to deliver best member outcomes.
