Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with multiple database systems is helpful.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle emotionally charged calls.
• Comfort using multiple systems to research inquiries.
• Ability to escalate appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member questions and research issues.
• Connect members with resources and provide information.
• Maintain high-quality service in a call center environment.
• Act as Brand Ambassador in the local community and region.
• Be familiar with BCBSWY products and services.
• Adhere to policies and protect member privacy.
