Job summary

Verity Credit Union is seeking a Member Consultant II at our Beacon Hill/Rainier Branches in Seattle. You will enhance members’ lives by building trusted relationships, onboarding new members, and cross‑selling products and services to empower their financial lives.

The role covers in-branch transactions and member service requests, with a focus on agile, service‑oriented interactions. Strong communication, problem solving, and sales abilities are essential for success in a fast‑paced team

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a financial institution.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Verity Experience Process in every member interaction.
• Listener to understand member goals and help build action plans.
• Originate, process, and onboard new members; fund loans.
• Process transactions including wires, payments, and IRA distributions.
• Collaborate with branch team to meet goals.
