Verity Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Member Consultant I at our Beacon Hill/Rainier Branch to enhance members' financial lives and support community goals.

You will handle transactions, open deposits and consumer loans, and educate members on alternate ways to transact while cross-selling Verity products. This role combines teller work with platform desk duties for a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a financial institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all in-branch transactions and member service requests.
• Open secondary deposit accounts and non-real estate consumer loans.
• Educate members on alternate ways to transact on their accounts.
• Cross-sell additional products and services that benefit members.
• Work on teller line and platform desks to ensure a seamless member experience.
