Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 year experience in a financial institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Originate, process, and onboard new members.
• Originate, process and fund consumer, mortgage, and business loans.
• Capture member information in CRM system.
• Provide excellent member service and cross-sell additional products.
