Job summary

American Heritage Credit Union in Allentown is seeking a Full-Time Member Experience Advisor to deliver premier service to members, clients, and associates. You will proactively engage members with a consultative approach to address their financial needs.

Responsibilities include processing basic accounts and loan requests, using data tools to analyze engagement, and connecting members with SMEs for specialized services. Rotating evenings and Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Full-time position with rotating evening and Saturday hours.
• FICEP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process account-related requests including opening basic consumer accounts and performing file maintenance.
• Process basic consumer loan-related requests including loan applications, booking and disbursement, and file maintenance.
• Utilize sales tracking systems and member data tools to analyze engagement and offer solutions.
• Connect members to SMEs via SmartOffice/VANA for specialized financial needs.
