Job summary

American Heritage Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Member Experience Advisor at our Moorestown branch to deliver premier service to members, clients, and associates. You will engage existing and prospective members with a consultative approach, processing account and loan requests and guiding them to suitable solutions through SME referrals.

Rotating evening and Saturday hours are required; FICEP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Full-time position with rotating evening and Saturday hours.
• FICEP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process account-related requests including opening basic consumer accounts and maintaining files.
• Process basic consumer loan-related requests including applications, booking, disbursement, and file maintenance.
• Analyze member engagement using DataVa/Better Lobby to offer suitable solutions.
• Connect members to SMEs via SmartOffice/VANA for specialized needs (Lending, Mortgages, Account Services).
