Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Rotating evening and Saturday hours required.
• FICEP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process account-related requests including opening basic consumer accounts and maintenance.
• Process basic consumer loan requests including applications, booking, disbursing, and file maintenance.
• Analyze member engagement using sales tracking systems and data tools to offer suitable solutions.
• Connect members to SMEs via SmartOffice/VANA for specialized financial needs.
