Job summary

SRP Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Associate at the Augusta West Parkway Branch to deliver excellent member service and drive engagement across SRP’s products and services. You will coach team members and promote a positive image while helping members optimize their financial solutions.

Under the Branch Manager, you will also handle memberships, deposits, loans, and notary services, while maintaining compliance with banking regulations and delivering a high-quality member experience in

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of member/customer service experience, 4+ years in financial services.
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offer Credit Union products and services to current and potential members using a member benefit-based approach.
• Comply with SRP Credit Union policies, BSA/Patriot Act, OFAC policies.
• Represent the Credit Union professionally to members and prospects.
• Provide product information and assist with memberships, deposits, loans, and related maintenance.
• Provide Notary Services for members.
• Meet or exceed sales and service goals set by management.
• Assist members with fraud or account questions and perform teller transactions as needed.
