Job summary

SRP Federal Credit Union is seeking a capable Branch Associate at the Augusta West Parkway Branch in Augusta, GA. You will deliver top-tier member service and drive product matching to meet members’ needs, coaching teammates while promoting a positive image inside and outside the workplace.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of member/customer service experience; 4+ years in financial services.
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote SRP Credit Union products and services using a member benefit-based approach.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, OFAC and all SRP policies.
• Represent the Credit Union professionally to members and potential members.
• Gather information to complete memberships, deposits, loans and applications; communicate loan decisions to applicants.
• Provide Notary Services for members.
• Meet or exceed sales and service goals set by management.
• Assist members with fraud, discrepancies, or account questions; perform teller transactions.
• Exercise assigned approval authority in specific situations such as check acceptance and wire transfers.
