Job summary

Qualifications

• associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of member/customer service experience; 4+ years in financial services.
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Credit Union products and services to members using a member benefit-based approach.
• Gathers information to complete memberships, deposits, loans and maintenance; communicates loan decisions.
• Provides Notary Services for members; assists with teller transactions as needed.
• Achieves sales and service goals and maintains compliant operations.
