Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a customer-focused team member at our Payson, UT location. The role supports creating exceptional member experiences and requires handling transactions, advising on accounts, and promoting MACU products.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with potential increases based on experience, plus incentives. Full-time schedule Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays; benefits include medical and dental coverage, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required; onboarding within 90 days: MSR onboarding steps.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on accounts and offers.
• Cross-sell MACU products and services as needs arise through a consultation approach.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently; maintain branch procedures and cash handling.
• Maintain cash drawer, initiate wire transfers, checks, and card services; assist in branch opening/closing.
