Job summary

GreenState Credit Union in Addison, IL is seeking an MSR to expand member relationships and deliver exceptional service. The role emphasizes accurate, professional interactions, and active sales to meet and exceed expectations.

You will work Monday through Saturday with a pay range of $24.02–$28.08 per hour, plus monthly incentives and a progressive benefits package. The position reports to the Manager Retail Branch.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of MSR or related experience with knowledge of credit union accounts.
• Strong sales ability and high energy with professional demeanor.
• Ability to organize work, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient with computer applications, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Must be bondable and compliant with the SAFÉ Act.

Responsibilities

• Balance a cash drawer daily and follow cash handling procedures.
• Make weekly outbound sales calls to members.
• Profile members to uncover opportunities for additional business.
• Demonstrate excellent member service and greeting skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Refer members to Wealth Management, Commercial, Mortgage, etc.
