• Able to work evenings and weekends based on event calendar.
• Comfortable coordinating with vendors, guests, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage members, guests, and visitors.
• Provide information on campus amenities, programs, and events.
• Assist with member onboarding, orientations, and tours.
• Maintain accurate membership records and communications.
• Support renewals and inquiries.
• Organize member appreciation activities and events.
• Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and partners.
• On-site representation during events.
• Handle check-in, registrations, wayfinding.
• Maintain event calendars and run-of-show documents.
• Support post-event activities and feedback collection.
• Track attendance and engagement metrics.
• Contribute ideas for new events.
