Job summary

You will work closely with Community, Events, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver memorable experiences that reflect Hula’s brand and community values. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, events, membership services, coworking, customer service experience, or a related field preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people and personalities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with a team.
• Familiarity with event planning, registration platforms, CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends based on the event calendar.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage members, guests, and visitors; provide a warm, professional contact.
• Support onboarding, tours, and welcome materials for new members.
• Maintain membership records and communications; assist renewals and inquiries.
• Help organize member appreciation activities, workshops, and community programs.
• Coordinate event planning, logistics, registration, catering, and on-site support.
• Maintain event calendars, run-of-show docs, and post-event follow-up.
