Tuesday Health is seeking a motivated outreach specialist to contact members by phone, schedule clinical assessments, and educate them on available services.

You will provide ongoing support to members and caregivers, help maintain enrollment targets, and use dashboards to prioritize outreach and exceed engagement metrics. This role offers remote work with annual onsite sessions in a dynamic, inclusive team.
