Job summary

Abound Credit Union is seeking a Member Engagement Specialist to support members via phone, mail, or electronic service. You will promote credit union products, open accounts, and resolve daily requests with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to effectively communicate Credit Union products and services.

• Ability to proficiently operate a computer, calculator, and copier.
• Customer service experience and specialized financial courses a plus.

What Youll Do

Answer incoming phone calls and provide member as much resolution as possiblePromote Credit Union products and services based on member needsOpen member accounts resolve issues and handle the members daily needsFull job description will be provided if you are selected for an interview

What We Need
