Job summary

Abound Credit Union is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic member services professional to serve as the primary contact for currency and account-related services.

You will promote products, handle deposits and withdrawals, and ensure accurate data entry while maintaining a professional posture. Travel to other branches may be required to provide extra assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to present life-changing, money-saving opportunities to members/potential members.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with willingness to support others on the team.

Responsibilities

• Promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs.
• Receive deposits and payments for accounts; input data with transactions and cash drawer.
• Cash checks and process withdrawal requests per established policies.
• Follow all security policies and procedures.
• This position will travel to other branches when extra assistance is needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs.
• Receive deposits and payments for all types of accounts and input data ensuring completeness and accuracy with transactions and assigned cash drawer.
• Cashes checks and accepts withdrawal requests in accordance with established policies.
• Follows all security policies and procedures.
• This position will travel to other branches when extra assistance is needed.
