Abound Credit Union is seeking a Teller Supervisor in Kentucky to oversee teller operations, lead a customer-focused team, and promote loan and product opportunities. The role emphasizes cash handling security and community financial education.

You will support branch managers, participate in interviews for teller positions, and help maintain a welcoming, professional environment for members and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to present life changing, money saving opportunities to our members/potential members.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support others on your team.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with great communication skills.
• Ability to proficiently operate a computer, fax machine, calculator, and copier.

• Supervise tellers to include staffing, timesheet approval, and scheduling leave.
• Foster and promote a sales environment with your team to generate loans and product opportunities.
• Safeguard and maintain security of all branch funds.
