Job summary

Abound Credit Union in the United States is seeking a Member Relationship Specialist ITM to serve as the primary contact for members on currency and account related services via an on-screen video experience.

You will promote products, handle deposits, cash checks, and ensure accurate data entry while following security policies. This role emphasizes friendly service, professionalism, and teamwork in a high-interaction environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to present life changing money saving opportunities to members.
• Self motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support others.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Ability to proficiently operate a computer, fax machine, calculator and copier.
• Cash handling and balancing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs using an Interactive Teller Machine.
• Receive deposits and payments for all types of accounts and input data ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Cashes checks and accepts withdrawal requests in accordance with established policies.
• Follows all security policies and procedures.
