Job summary

Abound Credit Union is hiring friendly, enthusiastic individuals to assist members with basic financial needs via phone, mail, or electronic service. You will resolve inquiries, promote products, and support daily member tasks while delivering excellent service.

This role emphasizes clear communication and a willingness to help teammates. A high school diploma and customer-facing experience are preferred, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to effectively communicate Credit Union products and services.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support others on your team.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to proficiently operate a computer, calculator, and copier.
• Customer service experience and specialized financial courses a plus!

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide member as much resolution as possible.
• Promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs.
• Open member accounts, resolve issues, and handle the member’s daily needs.
