Job summary

YMCA of San Diego County is seeking a Member Services Representative to build positive relationships with members, participants, volunteers, and staff while promoting membership and programs. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred. Location: South Bay Family YMCA in Chula Vista, CA.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of sales and relationship-building experience preferred.
• Passion, enthusiasm, and commitment to the mission and cause of the YMCA.
• Enthusiastic personality with the desire to serve members, volunteers, guests and staff to create a culture of service.

Responsibilities

• Model YMCA values in actions and conversations with members.
• Promote membership and programs; advocate for the YMCA.
• Monitor facility access; ensure members check-in on arrival.
