Job summary

College Futures Foundation is hiring a Grants Manager in San Francisco to lead grants administration, systems and reporting. Reporting to programs, this role ensures compliance, data integrity, and efficient grant workflows across initiatives.

The position requires at least four years of grants experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Salesforce skills. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive compensation and benefits in a mission-driven foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum four years of grants administration experience.
• Strong competency in Salesforce platforms; certification or competency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and manage the Foundation’s grants management system.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across grants.
• Provide technical and customer service support to grantees and applicants.
• Supervise program assistants who provide grant administrative support.
• Collaborate with IT and finance to streamline grant workflows and reporting.
