Job summary
College Futures Foundation is hiring a Grants Manager in San Francisco to lead grants administration, systems and reporting. Reporting to programs, this role ensures compliance, data integrity, and efficient grant workflows across initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
- Minimum four years of grants administration experience.
- Strong competency in Salesforce platforms; certification or competency preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and manage the Foundation’s grants management system.
- Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across grants.
- Provide technical and customer service support to grantees and applicants.
- Supervise program assistants who provide grant administrative support.
- Collaborate with IT and finance to streamline grant workflows and reporting.
