Montana Credit Union is hiring a Teller I to serve as a front-line representative providing accurate, professional, and member-focused service through in-branch, drive-thru, and PTM interactions. You will handle routine financial transactions, balance cash, and assist members with day-to-day needs while ensuring privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior cash handling and/or customer (member) service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, professional, member-focused service in-branch, drive-thru, and PTM interactions.
• Process routine financial transactions with cash-handling accuracy.
• Maintain cash balance accuracy and safeguard confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Identify member needs and offer appropriate products and services.
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and service excellence.
